Boobie and his date.

Meet my pal Boobie and his new girlfriend. She doesnt have a name because I couldnt think of one for her.. feel free to suggest something. Boobie is very hot, but his date appears to be a golddigger.

Boobie's woman needs a name. If i had to start a poll i would suggest:

A - Hoochie Momma
B - Girlfriend
C - Boobette

My First Attempts at a Purse

I finally found a purpose for eyelash yarn. I Have tried it on several thing and never found anything that is worth the trouble of working with it.. what a disaster yarn. BUT, for this project it worked just fine. I have a hard copy of this pattern that I found online, but I can't find the original post. I will continue to look .

This little wristlet is perfect for a small wallet and some gum. I made it for my daughter and my mom lined it with dark blue silk. My daughter loves it.

It worked up really quickly and the pattern was perfect and easy to read. You can find the pattern here:

Jewerly

I just love making jewelry. Crystals are my passion. That is one of my favorite bracelets. I guess I should have also taken a wider shot, but I was trying to show off the mauve Sworski's pearl.

Gunners Blanket for Clay

This is project is complete !!
It is the logo of a football team my husband was on. In case you cant make it out, it is a giant G with the state of Texas map in the middle of it. He loves it and it is big enough to cover any football player lol.

Spiderman Round Ripple

This one may take a while, but I have a plan. I already have the Spiderman fan, I just need some spare time to work on it. It will come complete with matching wrist wraps (for special webbing power) and a hat which will act as a mask. I haven't created the pattern yet, but I'm working on it.

Ripple Afghan

This is a ripple pattern from the Barnet site. I just love the way this flec yarn looks with the Heather Grey and the two textures really make the afghan unique. It is not complete yet, and I don't even know what I'm going to do with it after it is complete.. but I will think of something. I think this will look good in my sister's livingroom. Oh wait. . she has birthday coming up !! woohooo ( great idea!)
It comes with a blanket buddy that I have named Boobee... He's cool yet classy, sexy yet reserved, manly yet he's got a tail. lol oh well !!

A little about me.

I have been crafting for years. It started when I was a little girl with my Aunt Phil. It was usually simple projects involving Elmer's glue and some pop sticks. She eventually introduced me to crocheting which is my current passion. My Aunt Phil is long gone, but I try to pass that crafy fuzzy feel good feeling down to my nieces and daughter. Some days it works and others it doesn't.

Crafting has become a part of life. Everything I see I want to turn into a project and would if I had the time. It is an addiction that I allow myself to indulge. I have several project in the fire right now, I will post some pics and info shortly.
